It sounds like you play a lot of PvE and have little/no PvP experience.
I'll try and put some points down on why I think this build will not make it:
1. You have 2 monks.
Whether it be GvG/Tombs, the amount of healing/protection you have is definately not sufficient for keeping your team alive, especially when none of the other members of the team have any kind of damage mitigation (yes, Troll Unguent/Healing Breeze do not count as damage mitigation...).
2. You have permanent res.
Whether it be Rebirth, Ressurect or Restore Life, none of them would complement this build. They should only be used on Fast Cast Me/Mo's, and mostly in GvG, with the simple reason being that you'd be putting yourself in danger (standing still for 5-8 seconds or whatever) as well as whoever you res. A monk ressing is not healing in that time either. 98%~ of PvP groups don't have any ressurection signet/skills on their monks' skillbars and I would highly recommend to follow the majority on that one.
3. You have offensive spells on your monks.
If you haven't played monk before, you should really try it out before making their setups, or ask a more experienced player to do it for you. The amount of damage being thrown around in 8vs8+ battles does not leave the monk time to suddenly switch to an offensive mode to cast a hex on someone. Also, monks are very tight on where they can put their attributes, so unless you want something like a 5 dmg empathy, I'd drop any offense they have completely and let them do their job so the rest of the team can deal the damage.
4. The trapper has nothing on his skillbar to prevent him from being interrupted.
This is generally a pretty bad idea, especially if the other team discovers there's no stance to prevent the interrupts. All they have to do is assign 1 person to wand the trapper and all his damage output goes *poof*
5. Lots of conditions, no condition shutdown
Ok so let's take for granted that all monk-based teams have some form of condition removal. The most common ones consist of Restore Condition, Martyr and Mend Ailment. If you look up the description for each of these, you'll notice that the monks with those on their skillbar will be pretty damn happy to be Restoring with 300-400+ heals, 200~ with Mend Ailment, and getting rid of all the conditions with Martyr.
So your facing a Martyr monk, of course you'd notice that this guy is very important to kill so of course he's the priority target. But as long as that guy is alive your build doesn't do enough damage to survive without the conditions. What you would need is something called shutdown, which I guess is not common in PvE :P
6. Suicide ele's....
Well I don't know... I guess these guys will literally be charging in to attack the same target and keep him knocked down as much as possible, all in a nice little group with their pets and the warriors. I suppose it's almost as bad as holding up signs saying "Suicide Squad", because that's pretty much what will happen. Ele's don't have the best armor in the world, and the current metagame (i.e. the type of builds being made in PvP (yours included)) deal a lot of AoE damage.
7. Focus on one target?
So while you are keeping 1 of theirs disabled with a shock-lock, the other 7 will proceed to do their stuff quite happily as none of them are being bothered by your offense, apart from maybe a few traps here and there.
I dunno, those are the more important points to consider, I'd say the build itself is very weak and can easily be stopped from doing anything remotely harmful. Apart from the condition removal I mentioned above, here's a skill that will single-handedly shutdown a lot of damage:
Guardian
You've got 2 warriors and 3 bow-weilding ele's. That's 5 characters with physical damage (Conjure Lightning is merely a scratch), all focusing on the same target. If Guardian is on your target, which it most likely will be unless you're facing a team without a Prot Monk (and 95% of Prot Monks have Guardian), your damage output has decreased by at least 45-50%, and can go up as far as 75-80% with Aegis, which is also a very very common skill in HA.
Oh, and any team with a Life Bonder monk will probably /jump every 10 seconds all the way through the match, just for fun.
Well I feel like I can keep typing but I won't cos I'm at work. But I hope you don't take my criticism negatively as that was not the intention and the sarcasm was purely for humor :P
